Hey lovelies, hope your doing well!

Thought that I would pop on and share another Magnolia card with you…….loving this new Crazy Love Collection…..so many stamps that can be used for so many occasions……fab when its like that :o)….this one I have used is called Tilda Sending Love Letters.

I have gone for the narrower card again today…..I have a funny feeling that this shape is my new fave, as just knocking those 2cm off the width makes it some much easier for me to fill with all my embellies……and you know me Tab loves her embellies :oD LOL……

………so then, do you like the papers that I have used {that's if you can see them under the sea of embellies LOL} I found them when I was on one of my Pinterest sprees, and they are from Here……and do you know what the best bit is…..they were freebies :oD….there are a few others in different colour ways too, so go check out the rest….but I have to say they printed out beautifully and found them very true to colour too {on my printer that is, remember different printers can vary}

The colours I have used tie in with the challenge over at the Ribbon Girl blog…..its Blue and Pink….not long left to join in so hop on over and take a peak :o)….whilst you are there, have a look at the Giveaway that is on offer too……..little felt mice pincushions made by Gail…..tooooooooo cute for words!

I stamped and coloured the image on Kraft card, ….I find when colouring on Kraft card you have to keep going, as to be honest when you start it doesn’t look great but as you add further colour all of a sudden it starts to pull together and look half decent LOL……I very nearly threw this away, but I carried on and it came out not too bad in the end.

Do you like the Pleated Satin Ribbon……I {HEART} it so much, and if you want any its from the Ribbon Girl, as is the lovely White Cotton Lace, Heart Charm, Crown Pin, Crazy White Mesh {love this stuff so much {its poking out of the flowers}, so need to get some more in other colours}, and the mini Rose Buds.

The rest of the flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft and the Doily is from The Hobby House.

The sentiment and butterflies inside are by Magnolia, and the Carte Postal Stamps and all the border stamps are by Stempelglade.

I have coloured Tilda with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

The inside has been decorated very very simply using some of the Stempelglade stamps and my fave Magnolia Butterflies.

Happy Tuesday!

Good morning, lovelies! How are we all today…..did ya have a good weekend?!? Mine was good, little bit of yarn shopping, lots of hooky and a little bit of relaxing…….all fitted in between the usual weekend chores of cleaning and food shopping…..so all in all, not a bad one :o)…..one thing I can be sure of it certainly went super duper fast!

I have gone for a slightly different shape card…..I fancied a change from square LOL……this one is 13 x 15cm and I have to say I really like them this size. The sweet image is by Magnolia and from the New Crazy Love Collection…..Pie Tilda, she looks deep in thoughts………

How gorgeous is that Blue Stripy Ribbon……utterly delish, me thinks and if you want some its from the Ribbon Girl……along with the Crown Pins, Rose Buds, Large Button {this was from one of the mixed bags}, Button Twin and not sure if you can see it but behind the flowers there is this totally fabulous White Mesh, just sprouting out {its hard to see it as its against a white background……but it is gorge stuff, deffo recommend you all getting some :o)

The papers are a mix of Craft Creations and I think the stars one is out of a multi-pack….perhaps Forever Friends of something like that….I got it from my local craft shop and they split the packs up and then forget who makes them LOL….

The Die Cut border is by Magnolia as is the Star Border Stamp.

Tilda has been coloured using Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

I have very lightly decorated the inside to compliment the front……I have using one of the Mini Magnolia stamps inside too….they are so perfect for decorating the inside of cards.

My All Your Wishes Come True………

Good Morning, lovelies!

Hope I find you all well today on this rather damp and drizzly day. Thankfully it is not as cold as yesterday, but I have to say I much preferred the dry crispness of the air yesterday…plus as well the sun was shining and that really does help with the old mood…doesn’t it?

Well today I thought that I would share with you another Magnolia card that I have been working on :o)……Now I have used one of the Sweet Dreams Christmas images, Tilda with Winter Flowers…….I have to admit that she is my fave from the Christmas Collection……I absolutely {HEART} her….such a gorgeous image, totally and utterly love her little cardy….tooooo cute!

Anyway, I thought that I would go all pink for this one and have teamed her up with some gorge Raspberry Road Digi Papers…..these are from Fight Like a Girl Collection and it is deffo one of my fave collections, such a delish shade of PINKNESS!!!!

My pics have a slight darkness to them today, cos the light is totally and utterly PANTS!

Anyway, the delish Vintage Cluny Lace, and Seam Binding are from the Ribbon Girl.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, The fence die cut is by Magnolia. The sentiment is by Elzybells {sadly no longer trading} The cheesecloth is from my stash.

I have coloured lovely Tilda with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

All the papers have had their edges distressed with Walnut Stain and I have stitched them all with my sewing machine.

For the inside, I just kept it plain simple by just adding a little Mini Magnolia image…….I love the mini’s they are perfect for adding detail to the insides :o)

Afternoon lovelies! Hope I find you well today…….oh boy oh boy, what I wonderful feeling to know its FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!! These week seems to have been a long old week, but you can almost touch the weekend :oD

So what have you all got planned…….I have the usual chores to do tomorrow morning, but then in the afternoon I am going off to do a bit of sneaky yarn shopping, LOL can’t wait, nothing quite like touching all those lovely soft yarns and matching shades together….so exciting :o)

Anyway, I thought that I would pop on today and share a card with you all that I have made using one of the delish new stamps by Magnolia from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection. This cutie is called Tilda with Wrapped Heart and it was a Christmas Present from the lovely peeps at Magnolia, along with some other delish goodies too {so lucky}

I have used my new camera to take these pictures, and I love how clear they have come out :o)…….for a change LOL

The gorgeous Mulberry Pretty Blossom Flowers, Mulberry Open Roses, Two Tone Mulberry Open Roses and Mulberry Rose Buds are from the Ribbon Girl, as is the beautiful Vintage Style Cluny Lace, and the Crown Pin.

The butterfly is a Martha Stewart Punch, the sentiment is by Magnolia, as is the Lovely Lace Doohicky Die

The papers are by Melissa Frances.

Tilda has been coloured using Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

I have very lightly decorated the inside to compliment the front.

Happy New Year {sorry at bit late LOL}

Afternoon my lovelies……..hope that you are all doing well and had a good Christmas and New Year…….apologies for my absence but I have had the awful lurgy last week and so the crafty workshop door never got opened, let alone me sit at the desk LOL….the most I did last week was a bit of crocheting in front of the telly and trust me that nearly wore me out. Thankfully though now I have recovered almost to full working order, still got a little tickly cough but other than that I am good. I worked out the other day when I last had a cold and it was nearly 4 years ago…..so that is not bad going, eh?…….I know I am a rather good when it comes to illness and so its not often I get struck down with much…..she says LOL…….

Anyways I thought that it was about time I fired up the old blog and post something as its been awhile. I have so many things to share that I never got round to due to illness and Christmas, so I thought that I would start with a card :o) that I made before Christmas………talking of Christmas, I was very very lucky this year as Santa bought me a new camera :oD…….I am now the proud owner of a Nikon DSLR and I am still grinning from ear to ear……I have had an DSLR before, but sadly it died before Christmas and so since then I have been using my iphone, and the pictures weren’t bad, but I could tell the difference, they were just not as crisp…………anyway, I have not took this picture with my new camera, cos its was a card I made before I had it……..but I have been having a play and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it :oD

Enough waffle, here is my card…….I have used one of the older Magnolia images, which you can only get direct from Magnolia…….but I love the image :o)

The papers are by Magnolia too, as is the Star Border and the doohicky die tag.

The Spotty Ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl. The rose ribbon is from The Hobby House and the butterfly and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The border punch is by Martha Stewart.

The image has been coloured using Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

This is one of my fave colour combos, and I love this shape of card too :o)

With Love……….

Well I do apologise for my absence…..I have been writing this post for 2 days now and still I have only just published it LOL……shocking……..I kept getting side tracked with other things….but anyway, here I am with a card to share.

I made this card last week when my Magnolia Stamp Club Kit arrived…..and boy oh boy are these new images to die for :o)…….I adore each and everyone of them, and just had to ink one up….I have no idea what she is called yet or when they will be released for individual sale, but I am sure it won’t be long now.

I just love these colours together…….mmmmm delish {it is dark brown and not black LOL}…….and if you noticed I have used some of that fab Tim Holtz Film Stripe in my flowers, took me ages to get hold of some…ordered it from the US in the end and it worked out cheaper, even with postage than in the UK LOL….go figure LOL…….but I am having terrible trouble getting it back in the little tin it comes in……I can’t get it small enough and it keeps popping out my hands and shooting around the table LOL……I gave up in the end as it seemed an impossible task LOL…….and one for a day when I had more patience LOL.

The beautiful cream picot cotton lace, sparkly aqua glitter organza ribbon, sparkly button, button twine, and flower charm are all from The Ribbon Girl.

The flowers and gems are from The Hobby House. The pearl sprays are from my local craft shop. The papers are by Melissa Francis.

I have coloured Tilda in with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with sansodor.

I have added a little bit of decoration to the inside. The stamp inside is by Magnolia too.

Good Afternoon, me lovelies and Happy Friday to you all!

I am soooooooooo looking forward to tonight, its one of my fave nights of the year…….Children in Need, love watching it on the telly…..and I always stay up to see the grand total raised on the night….love it!

I am having lots of fun routing through my Magnolia Stamps Box, and I keep finding little ones that have not seen any ink….I know naughty, but I am working my way through them :o)……... Her name is , Tilda with Cherries, and I have teamed her up with some new delish Raspberry Road Papers called Sweet Briar….and I have to say I am in love, they are truly beautiful papers…..but then aren’t all Raspberry Road papers :o).

The beautiful white cotton lace is from The Ribbon Girl and I adore it….so need to get me some more LOL…..The green rose trim, flowers, charm and pins are from The Hobby House {if you would like any then Jill will take orders over the telephone}

The sentiment is an old Elyzbel {gosh I miss that stamp company}

Tilda has been coloured using a mixture of Primsacolor Pencils and Copics.

The inside has been decorated very simply by using Tilda’s Butterflies {my fave butterflies by Magnolia}

Morning, lovely ones! Hope you are all well on the eve of the weekend!

Well the Christmas cards didn’t last long LOL….already moved off them LOL…..but I will be back on them again next week….just fancied having a little play :o)

I have used King Tilda…love this stamp and now I have stamped and coloured her I love her even more :o)…….I fancied making a different shape card for a change, and this one was so fun to make and easy too.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The White Cotton Lace and the White Spotty Ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl. The butterflies are by Pion Design. The papers are by Craft Creations. The border is a Martha Stewart Punch.

I keep forgetting to write what stamps I use around the image, I keep getting asked this loads LOL….sorry peeps, it is a set by Stempelglade – Vintage Garden……..I just tend to grab one of the stamps and stamp around the edge.

I have coloured King Tilda in with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

I love blue, especially these shades of blue.

Back Again LOL……..

yoo-hoo, my lovelies! How ya doing?…good I hope….gosh you can almost smell the weekend LOL……can’t come soon enough for me this week LOL

Anyway, I am gonna be super duper quick and share another Crimbo Card with you all. Similar to yesterdays, but different in so many ways LOL…….I have used another sweetie Tilda from the New Sweet Dreams Collection….another favourite of mine! I like the ones with the lanterns :o)

I’ll pop back in a bit and tell what I have used….some is similar to yesterdays post, but there are some other things so will detail they later.

Sweet Christmas Dreams

……well I finally have a card to share……yayyyyyy…….I managed to get crafty late yesterday afternoon and I thought that I should get a few more Christmas Cards made…..soooooo behind again, but what’s new, eh? LOL…….I gave up many years ago in trying to make all my Crimbo cards…..I think it was the year that I was still sticking and gluing on Christmas Eve morning LOL…….. and so now, I only make a few to send to close family and dear friends……..I mean at the end of the day not everyone likes handmade, do they….

Anyway, for this card I used one for the new Tilda’s from the latest Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection by Magnolia…..she is a real sweetie and most deffo one of my faves :o)

The papers are by Magnolia, and I think they are from last years Christmas Collection. The flowers are from Hobbycraft, Magnolia and Wild Orchid Craft. The red spiral thing is from Magnolia.

The red berries are my newest purchase and I got them from Hobbycraft at the weekend…your got a big bunch for £1 {I think?}. The Spotty Ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl and the Pearl Brad, Doily, and the Snowflake Charm is from The Hobby House. {please note that at the moment The Hobby House are only taking phone orders}

I have coloured Tilda with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

I have decorated the inside to compliment the front……very simply LOL. The holly image is also by Magnolia and called Christmas Love Holly {too cute} and its also from the Sweet Dreams Collection.

Well that is it for me today, I shall be back tomorrow with another card :o)…….plus I shall be sharing my cushion sometime this week too, as I finished it last night and I have to say that I am looking forward to making another one soon :o)…..I really enjoyed!

Sweet Christmas Dreams – Ribbon Tilda!

Happy Happy Friday to you all!

Yayyyy, been looking forward to this Friday, as I am off to Blackpool to see the lights……..I have not been for years and years and years….my Gran used to live there when we were little so it was a favourite haunt of our families……so it will be nice to go back and re-live some family memories :o)

Anyway, just want to say a massive thank you for all the lovely emails and comments that I got on yesterday’s post……you are so kind to me :o)

Well lets get down to business, today on my card I have used one of the gorgeous stamps from the latest Magnolia Stamp Club – Ribbon Tilda……what a little cutie patootie she is……Now this stamp can deffo be used for any occasion, which is perfect….

I have, however, used her for a Christmas Card LOL……but I have used non traditional colours LOL….

The papers are some I have had for years and years, but have never wanted to chop them up LOL…..they are by Craftwork Cards and I think I picked them up from one of the shows I went too. Looking at their website, though, it doesn’t look like they make them anymore :o(

The spotty pink ribbon, gem button, and baker twine are all from The Ribbon Girl. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, and the pearls are from The Hobby House.

The sentiment is out of one of the Fizzy Moon Sets and the Snowflake stamp and the inside sentiment stamp are by Magnolia and part of the Stamp Club Kit. Die Cut Heart is a Doohickey Die.

My image has been coloured with Copics and Prismacolor Pencils {I buy all my pencils from 1Buy1 Pencils}

I have very simply decorated the inside, nothing fancy. All the paper edges have been distressed with distress inks and then stitched with a sewing machine.

I'm A Cover Girl!

Good Morning, me lovelies!

What a beautiful day again today, little cold, but the sun is shining and all is well :o)

I have some super fab news to share........my card has been featured on the front of the Christmas Edition of Magnolia Ink Magazine...........YEAHHHHHHHHH! I can't quite believe it, I have been apart of the magazine since the beginning and to be featured on the front cover is like a dream come true for me. I always ADORE making the Christmas issue and this has just made it extra special for me.....

Not sure when the magazine is arriving, but it shouldn't be too long now, I can not wait to see it in real life! If you have not ordered your copy you can either get it direct from Magnolia or from Sir Stampalot

Pretty Little Things!

……..don’t you just love Pretty, Pretty things…….I know I do, drawn to them like a magnetic, I am :oD…….so I thought I would share a Pretty little Magnolia Card with you today.

Oh the joy of digging around in my Magnolia Stamp Box and pulling out a stamp that has not seen ink for awhile, it’s like getting a brand new stamps……really does give me the same amount of joy :oD

On today’s card I have used Ballerina Tilda…….oh boy does she hit the Pretty Factor!!!!!!….such a gorgeous image and deffo one of my faves!

I teamed her up with the most delish papers by Melissa Francis, she sure knows how to make pretty papers! I got these from Dunelm Mill of all places.

The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts. The seam binding, white lace and the crown pin are both from The Ribbon Girl, and the metal flowers, doily, heart pin and fancy pearl are from The Hobby House.

The decorative border is a Magnolia Doohickey Die. The sentiment is by Papermania

The image has been coloured with Prismacolor Pencils and Copics.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front.

Well that all from me today, I am having a little sess with my sewing machine this afternoon {got to make it earns its keep LOL}……so hopefully I will be back with something fabric to share soon! I also have a new crochet blanket on the go too {night-time shift work LOL}….so hopefully I can share that soon too.

Sweet Christmas Dreams…….

Good afternoon, my crafty lovelies….hope your doing ok today!

Well last week my Magnolia Stamp Club Kit landed on my doorstep and well I thought it was about time I got it inked :o)……..I ADORE this kit with all my heart….its truly gorgeous! I have forced myself to get on with some Christmassy projects as other than my Magnolia Ink work I have yet to made anything………shock horror, I know, but I am a last minute kinda gal and always leave everything to the final hour LOL…….but I thought that I would make a change this year…….she says LOL!

Anyway, this image is called Sweet Christmas Tilda and can be Pre-Ordered from HERE…….along with all the rest of the Sweet Christmas Dreams Collection.

I had a go a colouring on Kraft card, and it was quite fun….however I think I need to invest in some better card as I am not entirely sure that what I used is Kraft Card LOL……..I reckon its just beige card and it took a bit of blending to get it how I like it LOL………but heyho, its not bad LOL…..

{Sorry for how bright the ribbon came out, it is soooooooooo not that orange in real life LOL, it matches a whole lot better LOL}

The paper is by Magnolia, as are the flowers and the spirally thing too……..they came in one of my Magnolia Ink DT kits, and I had a few left over. The ribbon and the mesh stuff was in the kit too……the only thing that was not from Magnolia was the gold butterfly, and that was from The Hobby House.

The tag is removable, and I have shamefully decorated the inside LOL….I say shamefully, as the decoration consists of a single image LOL………well its better than nothing LOL……

Tilda – A Gift From the Heart……..

Good morning, me lovelies!

Another Beauty of a day again……..oh my I hope it last till the weekend :o)

Today I have a sweet little Magnolia Tilda card to share with you all……..been rummaging around again in that stamp box of mine, and found a little sweet Tilda that had need seen the light of day for a while….this one is called Tilda with Pencils and she is stood next to a Pile of Covered Books.

I teamed her up with some super delish Raspberry Road Papers, called Made with Love. Oh my how I adore to see Red and Turquoise together, it is such a yummy combo. {Note to self…..GET MORE RED FLOWERS….LOL…..}

I have used some gorgeous Glitter Organza Ribbon and a Sparkly Button ,they work perfectly together. Plus I have added a Medium Cream Crown Pin, and some Button Twine all from The Ribbon Girl.

The Pale Turquoise, Beige, and Metal Flowers are from The Hobby House. Jill has the most beautiful shades of flowers and they are all colour co-ordinated with many of the other embellies that she sells………..I love these soft turquoise ones, truly divine.

The Lily flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft.

The sentiment is by Magnolia and the stamp around the edge of the image and inside is by Stempelglade – Vintage Garden.

Before I go I just wanted to share a picture of my little devil, he was caught in the act yesterday of digging a hole in the flower bed LOL………Leigh had emptied the old tomato grow bags on the bed the night before, and some one decided that the fresh soil looked far too good not to have a dig in it LOL………but I don’t think he banked on getting caught by Mam, who was sat in the conservatory LOL…….

He had just started to dig when I took this, hence the chunks of soil behind him on the grass LOL………so naughty, yet so very cute….you know, I have a hard time telling him off…….

Hope that your all doing well today :o)……..well fingers crossed I should be backed to posting normally again now, I have missed my crafts these last couple of weeks and it was so nice to get back in the crafty corner yesterday :o)…….I had a little bit of new stash waiting for me on my table, and that always helps to get the creative juices flowing.

Right so today's card is similar to one I did before I went on my holidays, not the same mind cos I never make the same card twice LOL, just similar…….this one is for a Christening. Well I had to use the Magnolia Sleeping Baby Tilda image again, its rare for me to use the same image so soon after the first time, but needs must in this case LOL…..and it is such a sweet image.

I teamed her up with some delish Raspberry Road Design Papers – Cute as a Button, such pretty papers!

The Sparkly Button, White Flat Lace and Petite Crown Pin are from The Ribbon Girl. The Metal Flowers are from The Hobby House. The sentiment is computer generated. The border stamp is from Stempelglade – Grunge Collection. {Back in stock at Quixotic Paperie}

The flowers and the small metal corner are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The image has been coloured using Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor. I have added some stickles to her wings and top.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front.

All the flowers have been glimmer and glamoured to within an inch of their lives LOL

Before I forget there is a certain someone that wants to say “hello”…….he was loitering around underneath where I was taking my pictures and kept bobbing his head up, as much to say “don’t for get me, mam, I want a picture too” LOL…….

He does have a pair of eyes, honest, his hair on his head and nose grows at an alarming rate LOL…..

Welcome Little One!

Good Morning, me lovelies!

Wow got up this morning I felt like I had woken up in a different country LOL……..pure blue skies and glorious sunshine. Massive difference to what we have had for the last few days, it was that cold on Tuesday I had to put the heating on in the evening LOL……not sure I have done that in August for a few years.

Anyway, didn’t think I would be posting before me holibobs, but I had a last minute card to make for my MIL, so did a bit of late night working to get it done LOL……and I also managed to get a card done for tomorrow as well……woooohooooo, I know get me.

My MIL wanted a neutral new baby card, and I knew exactly which image to use :o) Magnolia’s Sleeping Baby Tilda, so sweet.

The papers are from a rather old Colorbox Pad, called Sweet Baby, I say old I have had it ages but it was unopened, I know how bad is that :oO

The flowers are by Wild Orchid Crafts, as is the metal corner. The metal flowers, doily and pearls are from The Hobby House. The Lace and Seaming Binding is from Creative Treasures, and the sentiment is out of the same pack as the papers. The border stamp is by Stempelglade – Grunge Collection.

The sentiment on the inside is by Whiff of Joy.

Baby Tilda has been coloured using Prismacolor Pencils blended with Sansodor. I have added stickles to her wings and edges of her top.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front.

Just For You……..

Good morning me lovelies!

Wow that bit or rain we had yesterday has made way today for some seriously glorious pure blue skies and trust me when I say its hot, hot, hot…

Anyway, I broke away from my Magnolia Ink stuff yesterday to have a little play as my poor old blog was looking rather sad as there have been no cards since last week :o(…….anyway to make up for that I have made a card using the rather sweet little Tilda with a Violin. Now shamefully I have only just got round to using this Tilda, well I say that I stamped her out ages ago and just not coloured her in…..I know shame on me!!!!!

Now I have gone with a cream and brown colour combo as when I saw the new For the Record digi papers over at Raspberry Road Design I just had to use them……….they are utterly divine.

Now all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft, the delish pin and gingham ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl. The lace is from stash.

The pearl button is from The Hobby House as are the pearls and the metal butterfly is from Wild Orchid Crafts too.

The border stamps are by Stempelglade and the set is the Grunge Collection.

I have coloured Tilda with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor. I have added touches of stickles here and there.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front and if you look at the picture below {you may need to enlarge it} you can see the papers better, trust me they are delish!

Shabby Chic Magnolia Card

Helloooooo, me lovelies! How are we all today, good I hope!

Today I have a Magnolia card to share with you all. I was having a rummage through my stamps and I thought it was about time this little beauty, Tilda Blowing Bubbles, saw the light of day again. She really is a pretty little Tilda and I am very fond of her :o)

Both the images are by Magnolia. The little pale blue daisy blossoms are from Creative Treasures as is the lace and the ribbon.

The rest of the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, as is the little metal corner. The little pin is from The Ribbon Girl ,and the little metal flowers and pearls are from The Hobby House. The cheesecloth is from a friend.

The image has been coloured Prismacolor pencils, blended with Sansodor. Plus I have added touches of stickles to her wings and dress.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front.

The flowers have been sprayed with pearl glimmer mist and dusted with crystal glamour dust, plus I have added touches of stickles here and there too.

TOMIC Challenge #10 - Masking

Good Morning, me lovelies! Hope that you are all well today :o)

Today sees the start of another challenge over at TOMIC and this week we would like to see some masking of images. Now I love doing this, and it is one of the main reason why I adore Magnolia stamps so much. If you are not sure how to do it then Camilla has made a tutorial on the TOMIC blog for you all to see :o)

I decided to make a scene using the Mini Magnolia World Stamps……seriously how cute are this mini stamps, they get me every time. As I used dinky stamps I thought that I would make a dinky card too…….and I think I am in love LOL……..this card is too cute it measures 4”x"4” closed, hee hee. I had to dig around in all my supplies to find all my tidgy little embellies, so that it replicated my normal size cards!

The papers are by Raspberry Road Design – Summer Goodness. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The ribbon, brad and pearls are from Stash.

The images are by Magnolia as is the sentiment.

I have coloured the image with Prismacolor Pencils, blended with sansodor. I have added touched of stickles to the rainbow and flowers too.

All the papers have been stitched using a sewing machine, plus I have distressed with edges with distress ink.

All the flowers have been glimmer misted and glamour dusted too.

Good morning, me lovelies!

As promised I am back with a card for you all. Decided to have a little rummage through me stamp box and use an oldie but goldie stamp – Tilda with Basket of Strawberries…….she is a little smaller than normal, but I like that about her :o)…….I teamed her up with some delish new papers from Raspberry Road Design – Summer Goodness…..and trust me they are full of goodness…..they have a strawberry inspired theme and are totally yum-o!

The Pretty Guipure Lace, Pale Blue Daisy Blooms and the Pins.

The gingham ribbon is from Hobby Craft, the Pearls and the Large Brad are from The Hobby House.

The sentiment is by Magnolia. The stamps around the image are by Stempelglade The Grunge Collection.

I have coloured the image using Prismacolor Pencils, blended with Sansodor. I have added copious amounts of stickles to her little suit. I have to say my photography skills are naff cos it sparkles lovely in real life :o(

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front…….oh I do love these papers :o)

All the flowers have been dowsed in glimmer mist and glitter, even the brad for a covering too LOL….

Well gorgeous friends, that is all from me today……keeping my fingers crossed that my sewing machine turns up today :o)…….its alright borrowing someone else's machine, but I swear that sewing machine like their owners and no one else LOL…….

Good Morning, my crafty peeps!

How are we all today :o)……..

For today’s card, I have inked up a rather sweet Magnolia Tilda called Explore Tilda……and I have teamed her up with some super duper delish new papers from Raspberry Road Design, they are called Pink Lemonade and they are totally and utterly divine, and right up my street….love this colour combo!

The little Sheer Blooms are from Creative Treasures…..I love them they are soooooo pretty. Also from Creative Treasures is the pale pink Ruffle Edge Ribbon.

The paper flowers and the metal butterfly are all from Wild Orchid Craft.

The sentiment is by Magnolia, as is the Doohicky Die – Tilda’s Lace.

The border stamps are by Stempelglade Grunge Collection.

The Pearls, Metal Flowers {Spacers} and Brad are from The Hobby House.

Tilda has been coloured using Primsacolor Pencils, and Polychromos Pencils blended with Sansodor…..plus I have added touches of stickles here and there.

All the flowers have been glimmered and glamoured and the little butterfly has been painted with picket fence crackle paint…….I like that the metal is showing through, makes it look more shabby chic!

Inside I have added a little secret pocket that will hold a gift tag or some money.

Well that’s all from me today….back to work I go…got lots to do to keep me busy.

Mermaid Tilda – Best Fishes

Happy Happy Friday to you all………yayyyy!

Well the day started out pretty good…..but then that little Teddy Bear of mine has been up to his naughty tricks again of digging holes…….and with us just having had a big downpour you can imagine what the ground was like, wet, wet, wet…….The little devil ran in the house….dirty feet and all….grrrr! Honest to god, I can not believe the mess one little tidgy dog can make…..thankfully I am mainly laminate downstairs, but my crafty nook is carpeted, and well he made a beeline for that and started rolling around wiping his mucky face LOL…….ooooh the little devil. I am trying to leave it to dry, so hopefully it will just hoover up…..if not looks like the carpet cleaner is out this afternoon :o(

Anyway, before I blow a gasgit or something, I will share my card with you all. Today I have used a sweetie Magnolia called Little Mermaid Tilda, now can you believe this little cutie was sat un-inked….shame on me is all I can say….fingers well and truly slapped…..well we had to put
that right didn’t we, oh yes. Of course I had to team her up with some delish
Raspberry Road Design Papers, didn’t I…..these ones are
called Timeless Victorian and they are just too yummy for words….love ‘um!

The flowers are from I am Roses and Wild Orchid Crafts. The little Metal Flowers {spacers}, Pearls and Gems are from The Hobby House. The ribbon and pins are from stash.

I have coloured Tilda with Prisma Pencils, blended with Sansodor…….and I have added copious amounts of glitter to her tail LOL…

TOMIC Challenge #5 – Easel Card

Hellllllloooooo, me lovelies!

Hope that you had a fabulous weekend…….I did, ……..it was lovely and warm and so I managed to get out into the garden for a few hours….it’s very peaceful and quiet were I live and it is wonderful to just sit there and listen to the nothing other than the coo’s of a friendly wood pigeon…….sheer bliss :o)……I love listening to wood pigeons, reminds me of when I was a kid playing in the woods :o)

Well it was back to the grind stone this morning with a bump LOL…….no time to listen to birds cooing, oh no its time to get on and do some chores, and to also show you my card for this weeks TOMIC Challenge :o)………It is our teams week this week and our challenge for you all is Easel Cards……so a nice and easy one!

Here is what I made……

All the papers are by Magnolia, Yellow Butterfly and Lace Flower. The sweet images are called Magic Tilda and Magic Wand. The Especially for You and Made with Love sentiments are both by Magnolia too.

The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Craft……those yummy little butterflies {that I have been after for ages LOL} are by Pion Design and you can get them from Dies to Die For I have added a little stickles to mine, they are so pretty.

The crochet flowers, I made myself ages ago and forgot about LOL, and the ribbon and button are from stash.

Tilda has been coloured using Prisma and Polychromos Pencils, blended with sansodor……again I have added some stickles here and there….

Not used this colour combo for ages, but a really do like it, so pretty!

Good Morning, precious ones…..hope that you doing well today!

For you all today I have a card that I have made following the theme of SUMMER over at TOMIC…..my DT friends have made some utterly gorge card this week, so if you have not joined in yet this week, you still have a few days left to submit your entry :o)

On my card today, I have used a new set of Raspberry Road Design papers,
called Let Them Eat Cake….they are to die for, truly gorgeous! Unfortunately I have more or less covered them with embellies, but you can see them better inside the card. They are such yummy colours, and very shabby chic too :o)…..

The image is by Magnolia and is called Kneeling Tilda……..she is such a sweetie and look at the little ladybug……could you image if they were really that big….I have always loved them, but not sure if I would want one that big in my hand LOL…..

All of the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, as are those utterly fab Small Metal Corners……love them to bits.

The little metal flowers {spacers} are from The Hobby House, I have added a little gem to the their centres.

Little Tilda has been coloured using Prisma and Polychromos Pencils, blended with Sansodor.

I have seen so many cards in blog land with the Martha Stewart around the page punches used, that I had to have a go too :o)…….love the effect of it, the only thing that bugs me is it makes the card really big, would have like it a bit smaller….but hey ho, there you go!

The Official Magnolia Inspiration Challenge #1

Yayyyyyyy, good morning , my lovelies!

Today is a super exciting day, as it sees the start of the new TOMIC blog, which is Magnolia Stamps of Sweden, official challenge blog……..yayyyyyy!

The theme of the first weeks challenge is “Birthdays” and the reason being is because it is Pauline’s Birthday {owner and designer of Magnolia Stamps}.

Happy Birthday Pauline!

All of the DT has taken part in the first challenge, so there is a feast of cards for you all over at the Challenge Blog…..and of course the prize for the challenge will be a Magnolia one…..yayyyyy!

I decided to make an easel card, using two of my fave Magnolia stamps……..:o)….love this sweet pair, especially Tilda holding the balloons!

The papers are all by Magnolia too, as are the 2 sentiments and the star border stamp {love that stamp}…..The flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft.

The two little sweeties Tilda’s have been coloured using Prisma Pencils and blended with sansodor.

I decided to make the image more interested by decoupaging Tilda’s clothes and balloons :o)

Strawberry Yummy Tilda

Good morning my lovelies!

Wow what wonderful weather we are having at the moment, just loving it! Unfortunately, it is playing havoc with my desire to craft LOL…….hence no post yesterday LOL, sorry about that :o(……..but the call of the garden came and well one just had to go LOL……

Anyway, last night I did manage to finish off a card to share, using one of those new Magnolia Sweet Rainbow Collection stamps – Strawberry Yummy Tilda……ooooh what a cutie! That strawberry looks so tasty too LOL…..

My card is a bit smaller than normal, about 5” and the reason being I got a new punch and wanted to try it out, but dozy here cut the card to 6x6, but when I putted the border it made the card quite a bit smaller LOL…..oh well, its a happy accident cos I think its kinda cute that bit smaller :o)

The new punch is by Fiskars and one of the new 2-in- border and corner punches. Its called Lace and Lattice….now I had to get it off Ebay as I really struggled to find one from elsewhere, and I am not sure why cos I fell in love with it when I first saw it :o)

Anyway, the yummy papers are by Raspberry Road, and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft. The charm is off Ebay. The button and ribbon is from stash.

I have coloured sweet little Tilda in with Prisma Pencils and added some stickles here and there!

The sentiment is by Papermania.

I have left it rather plain inside as if you but too many embellies in you just can’t shut it :o(

The little Magnolia Doohickey Tag, I have made removable.

On the 6th June 2011, you will see the launch of The Official Magnolia Inspirational Challenge {TOMIC for short} ........yes that is right, this is Magnolia Stamps Official Challenge, and all of the Design Team are super duper excited to be able to take part in this amazing opportunity and new venture for Magnolia Stamps :o)

The challenges will be every Monday, starting the 6th June 2011…..for that one week the whole Design Team will be taking part :o)…..after that, with the Design Team being so big, we will be splitting into groups and taking it in turns to post challenges each week.

Magnolia Box Card!

Afternoon, my lovelies!

Hope that you are all enjoying your weekend so far……..its typical Bank Holiday weekend weather here today….raining LOL…….and dull…….and cold :o(…….why should I expect anything different though LOL.

Anyway I have been seeing lots of gorgeous box cards about of late, and I thought that I would have a go at making one…..so glad I did cos I love them so much and it was a joy to make….proper labour of love LOL……..

I inked up on those new Magnolia Sweet Rainbow Collection Stamps up……..I love this collection, deffo my fave so far :o)……..I have also gone with the blues again…..just loving this combo at the moment :o)

The delish papers are a Raspberry Road download, called One Fine Day……..truly yum-o ……….all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts………..the pretty lace was from The Hobby House and that delish spotty ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.

The pins are from Ebay and the sentiment is by Whiff of Joy……my fave…can you tell….I use it loads LOL.

I have coloured the Magnolia Watering Can Tilda image with Prisma Pencils and blended them with sansodor.

All the flowers have been glimmered and glamoured too.

I have decorated every single side of this card LOL…….even the little edges!

I have made a little pocket in the side, so you could put in some money or a voucher if you wanted.

The little tag is removable, but I have fixed the flowers in. The watering can and the Especially For You, sentiment is by Magnolia…another favourite :o) and the See the flowers Smiling sentiment is by Hero Arts. The tag is a Magnolia DooHickey Die, as is the edge lace die cut.

Lastly here is a pic of the back…..told you I decorated every side LOL……….The personalised stamp is from Bunny Zoe’s

Good Morning, my lovelies!

Today by special request,…..I have made a Magnolia card to share…….yes I know I have been a little neglectful on my blog with the old Maggie's……..but I can assure you it is not the case behind the scenes, as I am currently working on my projects for the next Magnolia Ink, so believe me when I say…..they are everywhere on my desk LOL……

Anyway, I have inked up one of the new Sweet Rainbow Collection….love this sweet one, it is like the one that they did Easter 2009 with the lamb, and I loved that one too, ……so was very pleased to see this sweet one in the collection :o)……..funnily enough she is called Sweetie Tilda LOL….very appropriate, me thinks!

The yummy papers that I have used are from Raspberry Road and Nitwit Collection and they are a mixture of 3 kits LOL………I know LOL…….I wanted to do a blue card, but couldn’t find the right blues that I wanted in my papers LOL……so a trawl of my digi papers and Bob’s your Uncle!

The Crystal Drops peeking out of the flowers are from Creative Treasures, so pretty….love them.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the lace trim and spotty ribbon is from my Hobby House DT kit.

The littler sentiment I made with a Hampton Art alphabet set that I have had an age….it only cost me £1….bargain or what LOL……

Morning all, hope that you all had a fabulous weekend! The weather was glorious again, and this morning is looking pretty fine too :o)…….ooooh lets hope it last and we have a nice warm Easter…..

Today I have something a little different to the norm to share with you……..yes I have an Magnolia Edwin card to share……..shock! I made this card ages ago for my brothers birthday and never got round to blogging it, purely because I am not very good at doing men's cards and I wasn’t very pleased with it….they are just too hard……give me girly cards any day LOL

Good morning Peeps!

Well the sunshine seems to have come back this morning it is absolutely glorious here :o)……hope it is where you are too! All being well if it says like this I shall be out in the garden again tending to me plants :o)

Right, on to today’s card……..I have used one of me new Tilda’s again……love this Butterfly Dreams Collection {mind I say that about all the collections LOL}……..this Tilda really is a beauty and I love how many butterflies she has flying around her, so pretty………..and I love this colour combo too, that blue is just too delish for words. Been at the digi papers again, but this time they are from the Nitwit Collection…..uber fab designs, love them all!……Oooooh and I used that delish Tim Holtz hinge die again…….forgot about it and found it yesterday, so much fun when you find something that you love :o)

Well all our sunshine seems to have disappeared :o(…….its back to grey skies and spots of rain….lets hope it comes back soon….

Anyway, on to today’s card……..I have used one of me new Tilda’s again……love this Butterfly Dreams Collection {mind I say that about all the collections LOL}……..this stamp one is one of my faves….that bunny is too cute for words….

I went for lilac again as part of my colour combo, lovin’ it at the minute, and I managed to stock myself up on lilac flowers, so I am good to go for a bit LOL…..it hard to find lilac papers though, so I resorted to digi papers again from Raspberry Road.

Lots of Love and ……….OMG Lilac!

Good Morning all!…….Wow what wonderful weather we are having at the moment, eh?……..ooooh lets hope it lasts a bit…..

Today's card is something a little different for me…………its LILAC LOL…….yes that is right LILAC…….I love the colour lilac, but never seem to make lilac cards…….so much so that I really had to dig deep for some flowers LOL……{which means yet another order to Wild Orchid is on the cards LOL, I always seem to be buying flowers, but still I never have the ones I want LOL}……..the yummy butterfly paper is on of the new 6x6 papers that Magnolia are starting to do…….honestly they are fabulous and the design has been shrunk down to work perfectly on our cards…….Sir Stampalot has them in stock and they are only 20p a sheet…….wowee! I have teamed my paper up with one of the new stamps from the Butterfly Dreams Collection………I adore this sweet girl and I can so see her getting used an awful lot :o)

A Special Wish….

Afternoon Peeps! Gosh I never thought that I would get to post this card today…..I can not tell you how long I have been messing about with it LOL…….first of all I couldn’t find the right papers, then no card…..and believe me if you could see the amount of card and papers I have you would find all this hard to believe LOL….but why is it you never quite have the right ones LOL….always the same…..

Anyway, finally I finished it and here it is………thought that this sweet Magnolia Tilda needed another airing, she is so pretty and delicate….and I had to get me old Tim Holtz Hinge die out again….oh boy do I love it! I used another of my favourite dies too…my Magnolia Tag die……just adore it ….

Anyway being as I have used so many dies and punches, then I am going to enter this card into this weeks Wild Orchid Craft Challenge – Dies and Punches.

A Criss Cross Card With Love…….

Good afternoon one and all….hope I find you well? Gosh I get later and later with my post everyday LOL……the days just seem to run away with themselves at the moment LOL…

Anyways, today I want to share with you something a little different……a Criss Cross Card. Never made one before, but I have to say I kinda liked it :o)……..dead simple to do, just take 2 square cards and stick them together so you end up with 3 squares of card {a middle and 2 sides}…….with the sides just cut them in half and then decorate…..now you can either leave it so you can open it up or you can stick the triangles together like I have done and it makes a pocket…….voila, one criss cross card……I decided to decorate mine with a gorge Magnolia image, such a little sweetie she is too…….

Isn’t the lace to die for, took me all my time to cut it up, but I just had to use it LOL…..it is from Wild Orchid Craft.

I am entering my card into the Sentimental Sundays – Pearls and Lace and Make it Colourful - Colour with Shine.

Isn’t she just too darn sweet….I love this image. I first used it on a card for my mum when she was in hospital….I thought that Tilda looked like she is blowing you some special magic kisses……..which as the time my mum really needed ………

……..and lastly I made the back into a place where you can add a message…….and like I did with my Fizzy Moon CAS card the other day I lightly stamped Tilda again.

Hey peeps, how are you all doing today? Good I hope LOL! All is well here at this end, lost the sunshine, must have popped off the shine in someone else’s garden today, but it was nice while it lasted……..

For today's card I had a good old rummage through me Magnolia’s and found this little cutie patootie……..she is one of my fave oldies, and I think always will be I have inked her many times but she never fails to make my heart swell……just too darn cute! Well I decided to create a little scene with her….forgot how much I enjoy making these little scenes……and it is one of the top reasons that I love my Magnolia’s so much :o)

Morning all, hope that you doing well today :o) The skies are all dark and miserable over my neck of the woods this morning :o(…….roll on Spring/Summer…..me bones need warming through LOL………

Today I want to share with you a card that I have made using…….yes you have guessed it another Magnolia stamp LOL……..the addiction is still as strong as ever LOL….just can not help it. I couldn’t believe it though when I found that this stamp had not seen any ink, how bad is that……….Tab you should be ashamed of yourself…..consider myself told off. Anyway, I soon put sweet little Tilda to work and here is what I came up with……….

Right now onto some naughty pup behaviour……….yesterday was not a good day in the House of Tab and Ted, as he was rather a naughty boy………..not only did he chew the corner on the sofa in the conservatory {thankfully it is not that obvious….phew}…….but he decided the have a little play with my crocheting………………..

****WARNING IF YOU ARE A CROCHETER/KNITTER YOU MAY WANT TO CLOSE YOUR EYES NOW LOL****

That was a brand new ball of yarn, that I had only just opened to make a little matinee jacket with………honest to god if you could have seen the mess he caused…….I heard him running up and down in the dining room and conservatory, but I just thought that he had got one of his toys. After a bit I went in to investigate and found him galloping up and down with it all trailing behind him………………it was everywhere, he had managed to wrap it around the coffee table in the lounge, the dining room table and himself. He knew as soon as I walked in he was in trouble cos he shot under the dining room table and I had to get on me hands and knees to fish him out……….little devil LOL……he spent the rest of the afternoon under my close watch, I can tell you………and all balls of wool/yarn have been safely stowed away………I have not decided at this point on whether to throw it away or sit and try to unravel the mess LOL…….cos trust me it is a mess LOL…………

Here is the little devil in question………..look butter wouldn’t melt, ………”I am a good boy, Mum, stop telling fibs about me”……..LOL

Good afternoon peeps! Hope that I find you all well and enjoying the weekend! Ahhhhhh the weekend, don’t you just love the weekends……bliss! Mind saying that its a bit hectic around here today, been cleaning, cooking this morning…….made a Raspberry Cheesecake and keeping my fingers crossed that one it works and two it tastes nice LOL……and later this afternoon I am off for an eye test………which I can feel is going to cost me a bomb LOL…always does!

Anyway today’s card I made last week, but without having the internet I was unable to blog it till now. I love this adorable Tilda she is my fave from this collection, so pretty……..LOL but then I say that about them all LOL. I love the corner borders that have been released too, I hope that they do more of these bad boys, cos me likely very muchly :o)…….Used my fave colour combo too, but I am feeling sad as I have now used all those delish turquoise flowers up and can not find them in stock anywhere :o(……they are by Magnolia, so if anyone knows of any anywhere that still has some in stock please let me know :o)

I’m Backkkkkkkkkk!

Wow, I can not believe that I can finally post to me blog and surf the net again LOL…..I have been without my internet connection for 3 very long weeks…..it has nearly killed me LOL……..but here I am back and ready to rock and roll…..yayyyyyyy! Mr BT came and switched us on this morning, and I can now say good riddance to AOL LOL…..I was quite surprised too that I was able to keep my email addresses, the thought of having to redo all those again was not something I was looking forward too. It took ages to download all my emails as there was loads, so I apologies now if it takes a while to get back in touch with you all……..please bare with me ;o)

Anyway, enough waffle lets get down to business, I have been inching to get back to blogging so here goes……

Thought that I would share with you a couple of pics of little Teddy……..boy is he growing, he is 4 months old today, and the only way I can describe him is a huge fur ball LOL…….god this pup has got a lot of hair, it almost seems like it grows overnight LOL………he has this lovely mop of it on top of his head, just too cute and there is this one bit that sticks up all on its own LOL…..

In this picture, he is lying on the back of the sofa in the window {his fave place} and he is chewing his little rawhide bone, which keeps him amused for hours………..

In this picture he is having a cuddly with Boss whilst having a good old chew on his bone again……….he looks like a bat LOL………

These pics were taken a few weeks back now, so I will get some more up to date ones……..honestly his hair has grown loads……..we have been trying to keep it nice and trimmed around his face, but we have to pick our moments to trim him cos its like trying to give a lion a haircut LOL…….teeth galore LOL

Morning all, hope that you are well……gosh its Wednesday already the week is flying by :o)……I love it when that happens LOL……..

Right I have more mini Magnolia’s for you today…..ooooooh loving these cuties LOL………decided to make a box easel card or whatever they are called LOL……It was a bit fiddly to do as I wanted to make it fit the mini’s better so I made it a bit smaller, 5.5”….should have stuck to 6” LOL….I saw this tutorial on Kirsten’s blog…..her work is to die for, love it!

The lace on this card has been crocheted by my own fair hand LOL……..I am quite pleased with how it turned out :o)….been meaning to do it for some time and kept forgetting LOL.

Mini Magnolia’s!!!!!!!!

Hi all, hope that you are all well and that you had a fabulous weekend :o)

Today I want to share you a card that I have made using some Mini Stamps by Magnolia!!!!! Now normally you can only get your hands on these in the club kits or at the craft shows, but soon these will be more widely available……..whoo hooooo…….not sure when but I wouldn’t have thought that it won’t be long, with us getting them in our DT kits. Anyways, I have had fun making this little card, its been nice working with these little cuties…….and there will be more to come cos there was quite a few in our kits :o). Normally I make 6x6 cards, but this one is only 5x5, they seem to fit this size card so much better. Got a bit carried away with this and decorated front, inside and back {forgot to photograph it though :o( LOL………}

I was so pleased when I saw these two mini’s in my DT kit, they are 2 of my fave’s…..love the tea cup….tooooo cute!

Afternoon! Hope that I find you well……….

Today I want to share with you a card that I have made using one of the Newly Released Magnolia “You are so Special” Stamps……..I have teamed this sweet sweet stamp up with my fave colour combo, blue, brown and tan….love it. The sentiment is also from the new collection too.

As promised a couple more snaps of little Ted……or should I say “not so” little Ted……check out the size of him here……….I am beginning to wonder if he is really a Shih Tzu LOL, he is whopping for 13 weeks….and look at that grumpy face!!!!! {There are a pair of eyes in there somewhere, honest LOL}He has just been told off for chewing the skirting board in the kitchen, so was not happy…….little monkey…….thankfully very little damage was done ……….this time LOL……

This one is of him having a kip on the window ledge, half an hour after this was taken he rolled off LOL…..he did have a soft landing though, but the shock on his face was a picture LOL…….unfortunately didn’t have the camera handy for that one LOL…….

………and finally I managed to get a snap of him, face on with his eyes showing LOL…..I love this picture, too cute!…..and I love his little button nose, so small, yet perfectly formed LOL……

Can I just say though, don’t be fooled by these cutesy pictures of him, he is probably THE naughtiest puppy I have ever come across LOL……..he deffo keeps me on my toes….He is into everything and is so persist about things……..we have a battle of the wills on a daily basis LOL. Having said that he has learnt so many little tricks already,…. but he does get rather excited so we have to do the training in short bursts.

He will be allowed to go for a walk on Friday for the first time, and it can not come soon enough……I shall tire the little tinker out LOL…….can’t wait to see what he makes of it all, especially if he comes face to face with another dog LOL………….he is scared of our rabbits LOL…..

Today I want to share with you a new card made using one for the sweet Magnolia stamps from the Autumn Stamp Club kit {forgot to order the Winter one, how gutted am I LOL}. As this Tilda is a Christmas image, I decided to add a couple of bows to her hair to cover up the holly…….I think I got away with it LOL……..love it when an image can work for any occasion.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you all! Hope that you all had a fabulous Christmas and New Year :o)…….I did, it was mostly taken up with looking after Teddy {our new pup}, cooking, cleaning and entertaining, but it was deffo good one :o)

Teddy is doing well, little bit of a handful at times, but hey aren’t all pups at some point. He can be a little bit boisterous when he plays and we have to be careful with those razor sharp teeth of his LOL, he gets a little too excited and instead of attacking his toys me and Leigh get a through puppy pasting LOL. I have added so pics of him at the end of the post for you see what he has been up to LOL.

Right, I was looking through my photos and realised I had a number of cards that I had not blogged, how bad of me LOL…..now I know that Christmas is behind us, but I still have a couple of Christmas cards to share,………… sorry peeps you must all be sick of them by now LOL…….I do have some non crimbo ones to share with you soon too :o)…promise! I know for most of you, that butterflies are not really a Christmas thing, but I love them and I do actual have them on my Christmas tree at home LOL…..so to me they are Christmas too.

Here is my little Teddy checking out the window ledge, I only went out of the room for a few minutes and came back to this………..what shocked me was, unbeknown to me, he had not only learnt to get on the sofa {to be fair it is fairly low to the floor}, but he managed to jump onto the window ledge too…..little devil, didn’t have the heart to be cross, but I did tell him not to get too comfy on there as he is a dog not an ornament LOL……..I do have me camera out permanently at the minute just purely to capture moments like these LOL……he looks so small sat there LOL.

As you can see we got plenty of snow and of course this was Teddy’s first time of seeing it too…….I have never laughed so much in all my life, he was a bit wary to start with but once he realised how much fun there was to be hard, it was a hard job to keep him in doors LOL…….his favourite trick was to find a really nice bit of untouched snow and just shove his whole face and head into it and then move along to another bit and do the same. I did manage to get a couple of pics of him in it but they are not great he was racing around like mad LOL…….I missed so many great shots too LOL.

Its a little blurred, but he was moving so much LOL

I will be back with more cards and pictures of Teddy very soon……my plan for 2011 is to get back into crafting more like I used to. 2010 was not the best year for me and Leigh, and I think that reflected in my lack of blogging etc……….but this is a new year,therefore a new start and I plan on grabbing it with both hands and holding on very tightly……fingers crossed it is a better year, not just for me and my family but for you all :o)

First Christmas Card LOL

Morning peeps! Hope that you are all doing ok!

Today I want to share with you my first Christmas card for 2010 LOL…….I am so behind yet again and have millions and billions left to do….sure I am not alone there LOL. I decided a couple of years ago not to make every single one of my Christmas cards and so I am afraid to say that I do buy some …….I know shameful but hey that’s the way it goes. Handmade cards are just not everyone's cuppa, some just don’t get it, do they? LOL

Anyway onto the card in question, I have used one for the new Tilda’s from the recently released Christmas Collection. She is my absolute fave one, just too darn cute for words LOL. Again I made an easel card, really like these they are so addictive……..I want to try the shaped ones next, cos they just look wonderful :o)

One for Mum! – Just Magnolia Challenge

Hi all, hope that I find you all well! Not long till the weekend and boy am I ready for it LOL. Got to go on a First Aid training course tomorrow with Leigh for the Fostering and I am a little nervous, not sure why, I am sure I will be fine when I get there LOL.

We are now back on the board for accepting placements again, as Mum is doing well and she really wants us to get started again, I think it will help her to take her mind of all that’s going on to be honest……so its a awaiting game at the moment for a suitable placement.

Anyway onto the card, its my mum’s birthday on Sunday, yes Halloween, she was born on the spooky day of the year LOL……thought that I would go all girly on her card for her and decided to unearth my “special” Tilda stamps that took me so long to get hold of. She is only available to buy direct from Magnolia, Sweden. I have had her a very long time, so not even sure if she is still available to buy anymore :o(. The little breast cancer awareness ribbon comes as a separate stamp so you can use Tilda with or without, which I think is fab.

As the theme over at Just Magnolia is geared up to “ Think Pink” and Breast Cancer Awareness, I decided to enter it into that challenge.

Hi everyone, long time no see!

Hope that your all doing well, sorry that I have not been about much of late. Was on me hols last week and plus I have been working hard to get all my Magnolia Ink work done for the next issue…….it’s the Christmas issue out next and it’s been lots of fun making festive creations.

Anyway I thought that I would share a card with you that I made ages and ages ago but never got round to blogging it LOL. I decided to use a few of the delish Magnolia stamps and make a little scene………that’s what I love so much about Magnolia stamps, the way you can use them all together to create a little picture. Fairy Dust Tilda

Morning all, hope that I find you all well and that you have had a fab weekend! Here’s a card that I made over the weekend. Totally adore this Magnolia Tilda and so I thought that I should ink her up, I used my fave colour combo again….just love it! I didn’t have any flowers to match the teal so I decided to dye some with some distress ink diluted in water and I was really chuffed with the results :o)…..they took a while to dry so next time I think I will stick them in the airing cupboard to speed it up a bit, but never again will I be stuck for matching flowers LOL.

Perfect Love

Morning Peeps, hope that you are all well today! Can’t believe that it is Monday already, were does the weekend go. Leigh starts a new job today, so I hope he gets on alright. Its going to be perfect for him, and it is only 4 mins door to door LOL…can’t get better than that LOL……and no more working on a Saturday morning either….yayyyyy to whole days together can’t wait :o) Leigh has worked Saturday mornings for as long as I have known him and its going to be a really treat for us both for him not to do them anymore.

Anyways thought I would share with you another another Magnolia card. Decided to dig deep and use an older Tilda, this one is so adorable and deffo one of my all time faves! Went with my fave colour combo too, just can’t get enough of these colours together.

Oh So Sweet Tilda

Afternoon Peeps, hope that you are all doing well today! Such a beautiful day today, the sun is shining so bright :o)

Thought that I would share with you another card made with a stamp from the New Magnolia Wedding Collection. To tell you the truth I have had this stamp awhile, cos John and Barbro gave it to me at the NEC in March, but just not got round to inking it………bad bad girl LOL. Then when it was launched in the Wedding Collection I thought perfect time to get this little beauty inked up and coloured in. Thought that I would go with a bit of a diff colour combo for me, but I just really fancied making a purple card LOL….I have used that gorge Wedding Swirl stamp too, I would deffo recommend this stamp to people, I have used it loads on my cards of late, it’s just so elegant and I LOVE it…LOL…

For today’s card, I have used a totally sweet and gorge Magnolia Bridesmaid Tilda Stamp, this stamp so can by used for other occasions too, just love it when that happens :o) The heart stamp is another Magnolia stamp too, and I love how it matches in with the lace on Tilda’s dress. {….that’s why the new Doohickey Lace Die is going to work so well with my Magnolia cards, I hadn’t ordered when I made this card} I did use the new Doohickey’s Leaf and Swirl Die though, and I truly love it!!!!!

Love this sweet pair, perfect for all those Bridesmaid cards to say thank you! Also I was very lucky to receive one of the new Magnolia Doohickeys Die Cutters in my DT pack, I got the Swirl and Leaf one and I must say that I adore it…..my new best friend, me thinks LOL. Loved it so much that I had to order another one, the Lace one LOL…….naughty I know but needed cheering up LOL. I can see it being used a lot as it matches the lace on all Tilda’s dresses :o)

Afternoon all, hope that you are all well on this beautiful Friday! Can’t believe it is Friday again, and the weekend is nearly upon us!

Anyway, it’s Leigh’s birthday on Sunday, so I thought I better make the finishing touches to his card….always leave stuff till the last minute me LOL…oh well at least it is now done LOL I have used a rather cute Edwin from the Winter Magnolia Club Kit, and I have to say he is deffo my fave Edwin so far. Fab to colour and can be used for a multitude of occasions :o)….which I always find is a bonus LOL. I have used my fave colour combo too, totally adore these shades together….yum-o!

Afternoon Peeps!

Hope that you are all well today!! Big day on the old voting front in the UK today, who is going to come out on top, its seems to be anyone's races.

Anyway enough politics and onto today's card. Made this one yesterday, and I used one of the cutie Tilda’s from the Magnolia Spring Club Kit. This last Club Kit has got to be my fave so far, love it :o) Kept the layout simple, as my brain can only handle simple at the mo LOL, but I made up for it on the embellies.

Magnolia Ink 2 – Princess Party Favour Bag

Morning all……hope that you are all well today! Its glorious weather here today again, washing is out on the line and all is well :o)…….

At the moment I am working on my next projects for Magnolia Ink 4, so unfortunately I din;t have any cards to show……………however I do have a rather pink and sparkly Princess Party Favour Bag to show you all LOL…..

Now there are few pics of this bag and there is a picture of the back of the bag which was shown in the magazine but it was used as the background to the main picture, so may not have been clear to see properly.

On the back of the card is a personalised stamp that I had made. I have had literally tons of emails about this stamp and where I had it made. Well you can get them from BunnyZoeCrafts, who sell them on behalf of ScrapMagasinet. You can order from both of these companies, but please be aware that the stamp comes direct from Norway and can take a few weeks to be made and despatched.

Right onto the bag……. I made the bag using nesties front and back and then just made a gusset and popped a handle on. Nesties are fab for for making little bags and stuff....love um!

Majority of the materials came from my DT kit that Magnolia sent, the rest is from stash. Images coloured with Polychromos Pencils.

Princess Tilda and The Frog!

Yooohooooo, hope that you are all well today! Wow that Easter break went fast, hope that you all had a fab time :o)……..eatting lots of choccies, I am afraid to say that I did partake in a little choccie myself, hee hee, ……back on the diet again today though LOL…….

Today I want to share with you a card that I have made using one of the delish new Magnolia Princess Tilda’s………….I just adore this sweet lady and her frog, too cute, me thinks! Of course I had to colour her up in PINK, it just had to be done LOL……she was screaming at me to do it LOL…of course I didn’t mind cos I just lurrrrve Pink :o)

Last night and Sunday I tuned in to watch my fave actor of all time, David Jason in the last ever Frost!!!! Oh I shall miss that show soooooooo much, but I suppose everything has to come to an end sooner or later, just glad that they didn’t kill him off, cos I think that would have been toooooo sad. Poor old George did though, did shed a few tears there…….ooooh I get so emotional LOL

Magnolia Easter Egg – Magnolia Ink 2

Happy Wednesday to you all!!!! Hope that you are well. Apologies for not showing any cards yet *blush* I am working on one promise, its half done LOL

Until them we have had the all clear that we can start to show our projects from the last Magnolia Magazine, so I thought that I would share the Easter Egg that I did with Easter only being a few days away :o)

Now in the Magazine only the inside of the egg was shown, due to space, so here is what the rest of it looks like :o) Now there are quite a number of pictures of it as it was really hard to capture on camera LOL… really starting to like this colour combo, super delish :o)

All the materials were sent to me by Magnolia as part of my DT kit.

Must admit it took ages to make this project and I was sad to see it go, but its gone to a good home LOL.

Anyway hope that you all have a fabulous Easter, not sure when I will be blogging again as Leigh is off from tomorrow on wards and we have loads to do around the house…..just for a change LOL! Lets hope that we have some nice weather but I am not holding out much hope LOL.

Spring Tilda

Afternoon all, hope that you are all well and enjoy this little bit of sunshine that is gracing out doorsteps :o)

Today I thought that I would get into my craft room and work up a storm, had no time what so ever so far this week until now….proper getting withdrawal symptoms too LOL…..anyway finally got in there and thought that I would ink up one of my Easter Magnolias, she is a really sweetie and most definitely can be used for lots of occasions too……which is just how I like it :o)

Got out those delish Papermania Rose Garden papers out again,….oooh I do love them :o)…sooooo pretty! Going to be hunting for some nice new papers on Saturday at the NEC, I fancy getting some Lilac ones, quite like that colour.

I’m Back!!!

Had couple of fab days with Leigh, we have been doing some stuff to the house and getting it organise, and we had a trip to Ikea, not been for ages, so it was awesome looking round and getting ideas :o)

Anyway, Leigh has gone back to work today :o(….so it was back to the grind stone for me too LOL…….did manage to snatch a bit of time in the old crafty corner, hee hee, and here is what I have made!!!

My delish Magnolia papers turned up yesterday and so I though I would use them, they are too delish for words…love these colours!

Princess Tilda Meets Friday Sketchers

Hi all, hope that you have all had a fab weekend :o)….Had Mum round of lunch yesterday and we had Roast Beef and Yorkie Puds…..ooooh it was delish…yum yum LOL

Today I want to share with a card that I made for this weeks Friday Sketchers Challenge…..LOL total shock I have actually entered a challenge LOL…not done one for so long now, shame on me LOL. The adorable little Magnolia Tilda that I have used is from the Pirates, Princess and Wedding Collection that is to be released this year.

I used this sweetie on the Party Favour Bag that I made for the last Magnolia Ink Magazine……she was on the back of the bag and they sort of featured her the background of the picture, if that makes sense. If not check out the magazine and you will see, hee hee…..

PLEASE NOTE : I know that some Magnolia Stockiest stores in the US have these on Pre-Order, but they are not yet available in the UK, and I am sorry but I DO NOT know when they will be released, I am assuming it will be sometime soon though. The reason I have them, is because they were part of the DT kit that I was sent for the last magazine.

Sweet Miss Tilda

Afternoon all….back to usual slot LOL…..yesterdays early card was a rarity LOL.

Today I want to share a card that I made using one of the delish Tilda’s from the Magnolia Winter Club Kit. Now I love this sweet girl…even love her heels….wasn’t so sure to start with, but she has well and truly grown on me. I still think of her as little girl, and in this images case, she is wearing her Mum’s high heels LOL…..well that’s what I think anyway LOL…….I know I used to do that all the time when I was little….Mum even donated to me a pair of white peep toe ones to clonk around the garden in….believe you me they were not white when I had finished LOL….loved them shoes LOL….
